这不是一场旅行，却是遇见最真实的马德里的最迅速途径。仅仅几日有些意态阑珊的无目的地游走，却又这样不意外的遇见了马德里生活。它的气质更适合停留，你必须用心去感知这里的生活，Isabel有些苦恼地问我，为什么中国人更喜欢巴塞罗那，而马德里只属于回国必经的一站？几天时间我都在思考如何解答这个难题。也许马德里更像是北京，巴塞罗那更像是上海，请准许我这么比喻，含蓄的美不在于惊鸿一瞥的惊艳，请你慢下脚步，用心去融入这里的大街小巷，沉醉在酒香的夜里，也许会越来越有味儿呢？

Its not a trip but a shortcut to the most authentic Madrid. A few days of nonchalant and aimless crisscrossing of the city encountered the life of Madrid. Its charm invites you to stop， as you must identify with the citys infectious passion for life by your heart. Out of frustration， Isabel asked me why Chinese people prefer Barcelona and only make Madrid the necessary stop on way back to China. I have been seeking the answer to this puzzling question. Maybe Madrid is more like Beijing whereas Barcelona somewhat resembles Shanghai. Please allow me to make the analogy. Implicit beauty cant be attained by visual impact of the initial glance. Slow down and assimilate into the street scenes， bars and taverns， indulging in the nightlife made more enchanting by great wines.

LOVELY IN THE REAL WAY

Departing from Beijing， it takes 13 hours of flight to reach a red-clay hued world， the initial aerial impression on Madrid. Unpretentious， green and athletic are the words to describe this laid-back city. Strolling in the city with peace of mind， you will be able to get integrated into the hospitable capital of Spain in a few days.

EL RETIRO PARKS MEMORY OF MINE

The Madrid city map obtained at traveler service center at the airport reveals that urban parks and gardens of variety size dot the city， splashing Madrid in green. Local residents fed up with staying at home prefer basking in sunshine at sidewalk cafes； you can even spot people focus on reading while stretching out on the lawn opposite the bustling Royal Palace. Such relaxing and upbeat life attitude really sparks envy.

To the people of Madrid， life cant be without parks. Each day， the Buen Retiro Park （“Park of the Pleasant Retreat） generates heavy tourist traffic as the green heart of Madrid. A beautiful landscape capturing seasonable shift， provides a great leisure place for locals and tourists alike. Entering the Buen Retiro Park in lush greenness from the entrance across Plaza de la Independencia， we didnt come upon huge crowd. Its a weekend day. No matter intimate lovers sitting on the bench listening to music， sturdy and brawny men rowing on the lake， or old women taking walks with granddaughter， everyone was enjoying favored leisure activities. Many Asian faces like mine were in the mixture of people， relishing everything in front like a transient tourist. You will feel the pulse of life by only staying here for less than an hour. The guide Nana told me that this park carried extraordinary meaning for her， retaining her memories， fraying or fresh， of her playful childhood， date with her first love and of great times with her kids. The Buen Retiro Park is a story book for almost every Madrid residents.
